About Us

In 2012 Aston Club Racing Ltd (ACR) was created to run the motor racing activities of the Aston Martin Owners Club (AMOC). This was done in recognition that club racing events need to be not only professionally promoted and managed but also independently financed.

AMOC granted ACR an exclusive five year license, renewed in January 2016, to run the Club’s race meetings. Funding was provided by AMOC, eleven motor racing enthusiasts and Prodrive - which runs Aston Martin Racing.

ACR’s board of directors is made up of investors, and they hire and supervise specialist organisations to promote, manage and run the meetings.

The stated aims of ACR are to;

- Maintain the heritage of AMOC racing and the reputation of the Aston Martin name.

- Provide club races in which owners of Aston Martin and other quality marques can race their cars.

A key goal of ACR is to give owners of high quality modern and historic cars of all marques the opportunity to race them with like minded people in a relaxed and unintimidating club environment. Motor racing has become big business and drivers have many opportunities to race all over the world but we passionately believe there is still room for ACR’s kind of club racing.

At many of the big race events it is easy to get lost in the mass of participants sometimes the importance of drivers seems to be forgotten. At ACR we put drivers first and provide an amiable environment where most of us know each other and newcomers to racing are welcomed with a friendly and helpful attitude.

ACR subcontracts the organisation, management and on the day running of meetings to professional organisations. Roger Bennington and his team at Stratton provide all the race event organisation and on the day Motor Sport Vision provide the team to man the circuit.

We hope you will join us either as a competitor or a spectator
